So as my sore abs have started, I've noticed something else. My need for food has gone down. I'm not sure if this is normal or what, but I am eating less. I also ate a bag of chips (say a bad habit from the old days) and it made me feel sick...right now I haven't really focused on my eating other than to try to up my protein because of the running. My body feels a lot better when I eat healthy food that sustains me and not the greasy, processed food....
